Refund Policy
At LuxMillwork, we are committed to providing premium millwork, tile, and building products that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. We understand that occasionally, a return or exchange may be necessary. Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure a fair and efficient process for our valued customers.
1. Return Eligibility
• Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, special-order items, clearance products, and any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
• Authorization: Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Service team at the Contact link in the footer to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a RAN will not be accepted.
• Packaging: Ensure that all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Refunds
• Inspection: Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected to confirm they meet the return criteria.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the inspection is complete.
• Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns, especially for large orders or specialty items.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
• Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any damage or defects, contact us immediately.
• Reporting: Damages or defects must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
• Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund for any items confirmed to be damaged or defective.
5. Exchanges
• Process: To exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Cancellations
• Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled without penalty before they have shipped.
• After Shipment: If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process upon receipt.
